Most sausages are harmless and will only attack humans in self defence. However, a small number are potentially lethal.

Of the five below, none should be handled without access to a proven antidote such as strong mustard or a swift-acting ketchup. Remember, all sausages can be aggressive close to their 'Best Before' date, or when about to shed their skins.
